Design is a solution to a problem. Art is a question to problem. - John Maeda
Students in Digital Design will develop skills that lay the foundation for producing Web-ready business communications. During the first semester, students focus on developing graphic skills with Adobe Illustrator and Fireworks software. They also will be learning to create web pages from scratch with HTML, then by using DreamWeaver. Second semester, students advance their skills and create and publish Web sites, learn more about professional Web site design, learn to use Flash to create multimedia, and will create an online portfolio to showcase the skills they have developed.
